SIMA08 celebrates its tenth anniversary with remarkable new activities
Again this year the exhibition, to be held April 8th-12th 2008, will present an area devoted to cities, will enlarge the space aimed to international companies and will include new conferences directed towards general public. Also, SIMA will launch this year a web portal, with information about the properties exhibited, a tool which will offer to general visitors a glance at the products offered, and which will help exhibitors to build a direct channel of communication with potential clients.
The tenth edition of International Madrid Real Estate Exhibition, starting next April 8th, will introduce new projects, areas and conferences. Besides the general area devoted to main home products, SIMATur -the exhibition area for second home-, and SIMAFutura -the area oriented to innovation and sustainable development-; this year, SIMACities will be incorporated in a new zone, at pavilion number 8. SIMACities will also present urban development plans and officially-protected housing projects in different cities. Furthermore, and coinciding with the exhibition’s tenth anniversary, SIMA08 and Asefosam have pulled together to develop The SIMA08 House, a prototype with transparent walls which will allow to see through them the structures and facilities of this house, so visitors will check how home automation systems work out.

Por segundo año consecutivo, el Salón Inmobiliario de Madrid [SIMA] superó el listón de las 150.000 visitas a la feria. En total, SIMA07 recibió 159.827 visitas, ligeramente por encima, un 1,9% más, que las registradas en la anterior edición. De éstas, 138.017, un 07% más que en SIMA06, correspondieron a público final y 21.810, un 9,9% más, a profesionales.
