Northeastern Brazil offers 3,300 kilometers of coast to investors

ADIT, Association for Real Estate and Tourism Development in the Northeast of Brazil, will attend SIMA for second year to present the Brazilian sale offer. Real Estate market in Brazil has one of the highest return rates in Latin America, between a 12 and a 16%, said CB Richard Ellis consulting.

The entity, that gathers 81 companies of the residential tourism sector, promotion, consulting and real estate investment, will show at Madrid’s International Real Estate Exhibition the attractions of the northeast of Brazil. This area consists of nine estates: Alagoas, Ceará, Pernambuco, Bahía, Maranhao, Piauí, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte and Sergipe, and has been revealed as one of the biggest real estate’s touristic potential.
