Cada vez hay menos actores en el mercado, la verdad es que al final los que estamos casi nos vamos conociendo casi todos , cuando hablamos con unos u otros colegas las operaciones están enmarcadas en ámbitos en los que muchas veces nos cruzamos, es curioso, esto hace 2 años creo que hubiera sido impensable, hubiéramos tenido 3 intermediarios por medio. Cada vez hay menos actores en el mercado inmobiliario, esto redundará en pautas positivas, sobre todo para la gente que quiere adquirir vivienda a un precio aceptable ahora, y no con 20 tipos viviendo de las comisiones por cada operación….
